Referral terms
The whole program, stated plainly. It is short because the program is small on purpose.
1. Who these terms are between
Dollar Loans LLC, doing business as Dollar Loanz, is a Credit Access Business (Texas credit access business registration: not yet issued). It arranges the agreement and charges the credit access business fee. S2 Funding LLC, lender of record, advances the funds and charges the interest. These terms are between you and Dollar Loans LLC.
2. Who can refer
Anyone with an account with us. A referral link is issued automatically and does not have to be applied for. You do not need an active agreement to hold one, and a settled or canceled agreement does not remove it.
3. Nothing is paid
No money, credit, discount, gift, entry into a draw or item of value is paid or given to you for a referral, at any point, whatever happens next. No money, credit, discount or item of value is given to the person who uses your link either, and arriving by a referral link does not change the price of anything. There is no material connection between you and us in respect of any message you send about us, because nothing is provided in exchange for it.
4. We do not contact the people you refer
We do not ask you for the name, telephone number or email address of anybody you refer, and there is nowhere on this site to provide them. We send no message of any kind to a person because you referred them. Any message about us that reaches them is one you sent yourself, in your own words, from your own device.
5. What the attribution record is, and what it is used for
When a person applies after opening a referral link, we record that the application arrived by that link. That record is used to understand how people find us, and for nothing else. It is not used in any decision about whether to fund either party, on what terms, or at what price. It is not shared with you, with the referred person, or with any third party.
6. You are told nothing about the people you refer
Your referral screen shows no count of link opens, no count of applications, and no outcome for any person. Whether somebody you referred applied, was funded, was declined or never returned is information about that person, and we do not disclose it to you.
7. Where your link goes
A referral link opens a cost calculator. It does not open an application form, it does not pre-fill an application, and it does not begin any process. We will never run a credit check just to show you a price.
8. Removing your link
Ask us and we will retire your referral code. A retired code continues to open the same public calculator page, because links you have already sent should not break; it simply stops being attributed to you. Ask from your account, in writing, and we confirm it in writing.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the changed version is published here with the date it took effect. No change to these terms can create a payment obligation to you for referrals already made, because no such obligation exists.
Nothing here changes your agreement
The link points at the cost page, not at an application.
Anyone who opens the link sees both charges, in dollars. That page does not ask for a name.
Who you are dealing with, and what it costs
- Dollar Loans LLCCredit Access Business

- S2 Funding LLCLender of record
- Advances the funds and charges interest on the amount advanced, for the whole term. That interest is S2 Funding LLC's part only, and it is not the total cost of credit.

- Fee structure
- An arranging fee for each month the agreement runs, charged by Dollar Loans LLC, plus interest for the whole term, charged by S2 Funding LLC, both worked out on the amount advanced. Each is shown in dollars before you sign.
- Annual percentage rate
- The annual percentage rate counts our fee and S2 Funding LLC's interest as one yearly figure, worked out by the actuarial method Regulation Z sets out. Until our way of calculating it has been checked, this site prints the dollar figures and leaves the rate out. S2 Funding LLC's interest on its own is not the cost of this agreement.
- Your right to cancel
- You may cancel by midnight of the third calendar day after you sign, at no cost. You return the amount advanced and owe nothing further.
- Paying early
- There is no prepayment penalty.
$2,000 to $50,000. The amount depends on the vehicle and your application. Full fee schedule at /occc. These disclosures are effective September 14, 2026.
