Your privacy choices

No banner, because there is nothing behind one. This page says what cookies exist, what tracking does not, what the Texas opt-out rights are, and how to make a request that is recorded either way.

Cookies

One category, and why it has no switch

Essential

What is in it
The cookie that keeps you logged in, the one that carries an application between steps, and the one that stops a form being submitted from somewhere it was not loaded.
Can you turn it offWithout these the site cannot do the thing you came for. There is no switch because switching them off is the same as leaving.
No

Analytics and advertising

No advertising or analytics trackers run on this site.

No analytics script, advertising pixel, session recorder or third-party tag manager is loaded on any page. Fonts are served from this origin rather than a font CDN, so even that request does not leave.

Evidence: No third-party script tag exists anywhere in src/. Verified by scan on 2026-09-14. Listed on the security register.

Note:

Why there is no toggle grid

A cookie banner with “Analytics” and “Advertising” switches would be inventing two categories of tracking so that you could switch them off. When a tag is ever proposed, its category lands on this page first, with a real control, before the tag ships.

Texas

The three things you can opt out of

And what we do about each of them today. Ask anyway: the request is recorded against you for when anything changes.

Targeted advertising
We do none. There is no advertising pixel, tag or audience on this site, so there is nothing to opt out of yet. Ask anyway and the request is recorded against you for when that ever changes.
Sale of personal data
Ask, and the request is recorded against you.
Profiling for a significant decision
The decision on an application is made against the published rules on the eligibility page, and every reason we can give is published in advance. A request to opt out of automated profiling is recorded and answered in writing.
Required disclosure:

The opt-out rights

The Act lets a consumer opt out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising, for the sale of personal data, and for profiling in furtherance of a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect concerning the consumer.

Authority: Texas Data Privacy and Security Act(opens in a new tab) — Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 541.051 (counsel to confirm application to this company)

Citation not yet confirmed by counselSource last read 2026-09-15.

Required disclosure:

Whether the Act applies to us

The Act does not apply to a financial institution, or to data, subject to Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Whether this company and this data sit inside that exemption is a question for counsel. This page does not claim the Act applies, and does not claim it does not; the choices above are offered either way.

Authority: Texas Data Privacy and Security Act(opens in a new tab) — Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 541.002(b) (counsel to confirm)

Citation not yet confirmed by counselSource last read 2026-09-15.

“Not yet confirmed by counsel” means the section was read on a public copy of the statute on the date shown, and counsel has not yet confirmed the pin-cite or how it applies to this product. We publish the point with that label rather than either hiding it or quoting it as settled law.

Browser signals

Global Privacy Control

  • The Global Privacy Control signal will be honored before any advertising or analytics tag ships on this site.

Today there is nothing for the signal to suppress, so this is a commitment rather than a control we can show you evidence of. The security register carries the no-trackers control with its evidence; this sentence is what changes first if that ever does.

Making a request

Where a request goes

Say which of the three you are opting out of, or that it is all of them. No account is needed. If you have one, the data request page in your account records the same request with a reference number.

An arranging fee for each month the agreement runs, charged by Dollar Loans LLC, plus interest for the whole term, charged by S2 Funding LLC, both worked out on the amount advanced. Each is shown in dollars before you sign.
Annual percentage rate
The annual percentage rate counts our fee and S2 Funding LLC's interest as one yearly figure, worked out by the actuarial method Regulation Z sets out. Until our way of calculating it has been checked, this site prints the dollar figures and leaves the rate out. S2 Funding LLC's interest on its own is not the cost of this agreement.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel by midnight of the third calendar day after you sign, at no cost. You return the amount advanced and owe nothing further.
