Four routes, none of which needs you to hear us

Telecommunications relay

Dial 711 from any phone in the United States, then give the operator our number, (833) 404-5626. The relay service is public, free, and works with TTY, captioned telephone and video relay. We do not operate a TTY line of our own; the relay is how a TTY call reaches us.

A public service. Not ours, and we make no claim about it beyond that it exists.

In writing, from your account

Every conversation about your agreement can happen in writing. A message from your account keeps the record attached, so nobody has to explain it twice and nothing depends on hearing.

Another format, on request

Ask for any document we send you in a format that works for you, and you get it that way.

A text-only version for a screen reader, larger type, or a paper copy by mail. It costs nothing, and the E-SIGN consent already sets out the paper route.

Language

What language support exists today

Two sentences, both already published elsewhere on this site, quoted here rather than reworded.

The same-language requirement

The disclosure is furnished in the language in which the transaction was conducted. Nothing on this site is published in Spanish yet, so no transaction may be conducted in Spanish until it is.

If you would rather deal with us in Spanish

None on the site today. Write or call and we will work through it with you in Spanish.

No date yet. A machine-translated disclosure is worse than no translation at all, so this waits for a human legal translation rather than shipping early.

A TTY number of our own. Use relay, above.
An interpreter line or a contracted interpreting service. If one is contracted its name lands on the processor register before it is used.

Your right to cancel: You may cancel by midnight of the third calendar day after you sign, at no cost. You return the amount advanced and owe nothing further.
